Hi guys! I just got together MXD, revmom, and my cards to send to Keiki Cards, a non-profit who sends cards to terminally ill children. I learned about this through SCS. I saw a post where they were getting ready to mail cards and I googled it. Anyway, they send out over 400 cards per WEEK!! across the US. They are wanting 4th of July cards right now. They said they have enough birthday cards to last for YEARS. Anyway, Please check out the website if interested in sending cards. I think I will post a challenge in early June to collect cards for this organization. If you know a terminally ill child, please add them to the list to recieve a card and goodies every month (?)!!

Keiki Cards - Cards for children, volunteer to send handmade cards

I'll be looking for the June challenge - excellent idea. I had no idea an organization like this existed. I'll be passing this along to the gals I scrap with. I know we'll all get involved. Thanks for this post!

I will do it! I actually have a few 4th of July Cards from last year that I never used. Just a few tweaks and they will be good to go!

I never heard of it either until I was browsing through SCS and a woman posted that she would be sending "Keiki Cards" so I googled it and found this awesome place! I hope lots of people will join in!!

Alicia are we sending these to you or directly to the site? I have about 5 of them made. Just wasn't sure how we were doing this.

If you want to mail them directly, you can. But I will post a swap in June. I just went through my stuff this week and mailed off 67 cards. It was $7.00 for shipping so now I'm waiting and sending a flat rate box next time!
