Favorite Tool to scrap with? I have a to say I would be no where without my Fiskers cutter.
Card Maker, scrapbooker or both? I like both. I used to make a lot of cards with my Mom and Sister, but recently I have been doing a lot more scrapping than card making.
Your best moneysaving tip for papercrafting? Watch for clearance papers. My local craft store always has a clearance rack in the scrapbook paper section. I always look there first when I shop. I also use a lot of clip art that I find online, then I print them and cut them out myself.
