There are so many options for stamps these days, I was wondering what everyone preferred.

Me, I like the feel of the wood block in my hand. And I think I get a much sharper image using rubber vs. acrylic. However, I have some of each. I have ALOT of wood-mounted rubber, then a handful of acrylic, and a couple handfuls of unmounted rubber.

How about you?

I like the rubber better than the acrylic most times.... (I don't have much)

And I like the acrylic blocks (Wish they were thicker they like the wooden blocks though).

I like wood mounted stamps better too. To me it seems like they leave a better impression than the acrylics. That is unless I use the Cat's Eye Fluid Chalk then they turn out pretty good.

I'm not a very comfortable stamper because I've had such limited experience with it. From what I have done, I've had better results with wood mounted. I feel like I have better control.

Where's other???? I don't know yet. I haven't tried to stamp anything yet. I take that back I used one that Jess sent me on a piece of cardboard and it looked nice. That one was a wood mounted one. I have some clear ones but I haven't used them yet and I don't have a stamp cleaner.

Basically....Its an "ink pad" it looks like an ink pad you use it like an ink pad it just has ink that has a chalk appearance. So it gives the illusion that you used chalk if that makes sense. hth

Im a wood person too! I like the way the image comes out with them. The unmounted like the bellas always seem to have a little blank spot in the middle and the acrylics don't seem to hold ink well
