Well I had planned to start our wedding/honeymoon book once I was caught up with DS baby book (if ever!) but...last night DH said "why don't you make a book on the house?" We bought this house about 2 years ago and have been in major remodeling mode since. Room by room we are gutting and rebuilding.

So my DH who has Never been interested or beyond mildly supportive of the scrapbooking thing just showed interest. What can I do but jump on board with that - LOL. I'm thinking an 8x8 would be nice.

Has anyone done a book that showed remodeling for a house. LIke before and after pictures? I'd love to see some examples of how to finish them off without getting too crazy. I doubt he has buttons, ribbon and bling in mind .

A book on your house would be a great idea! I've never done one, because my house has pretty much stayed the same since we moved in. Maybe for my next house, though!

I would keep it simple and an 8x8 is the perfect size. Less is more on one of these. Let the pictures do most of the talking. Only use paper and stickers or diecuts as an accent.

Congrats to you and most of all have fun.
