NY
3. Family information (ex: #kids, DH, pets, etc…)
DH Damian and I have been married almost 5 years and we have 2 boys. AJ is 4 1/2 and Carmine is 2. The only pet we have is a turtle named Franklin
4. How long have you been crafting?
I've been crafting in general most of my life. I started out doing those kiddy suncatchers and paint by number kits and alot of cross stitching. I was a real fun kid!
5. What inspired you to start paper crafting?
Mommysavers! I really had no interest until I joined. I happened to stumble upon a crop one day and the rest is history
6. How often do you craft?
A couple of times a week, more now, thanks to Kelli's challenges!
7. What type of paper crafting do you do the most? (cards, scrapping, other, both)
My first love is card making but I'm starting to get more into scrapping.
8. Please share a picture of your best/favorite project
This is one of my favorite pages because it's my boys at 2 totally different times getting their first haircuts, yet the photos look so much alike that I had to scrap them together. I attached a shaker box with their locks of hair.
This is one of my favorite cards
9. Where do you shop the most for your supplies/what’s your favorite craft store?
I mostly shop at Michael's and Joann's. My Joann's is only a few minutes away so it's where I run when I need something NOW! LOL! There aren't many LSS's here in NY.
10. Tell us your favorite frugal tip for paper crafting. use those coupons!
11. What is the one paper crafting item you couldn’t live without?
adhesive!
12. Favorite crafting atmosphere? (ie: friends, alone, quite, music, snacks, etc…)
alone- no snacks or drinks cause I'm a klutz and will get something on my project!
13. Where do you craft? (Please share a picture of your crafting space.)
for now I can only dream of the day when I'll have my own space! I scrap on my kitchen table!
14. What advice would you give a first time crafter?
kits are a good place to start. Everything is coordinated so you don't have to think too much or buy a whole bunch of supplies
