Ok so I went trick or treating with noah and pulled a 50 pound wagon in cluding my son and the wagon and I got home and I went to take a shower and I noticed I was bleeding down there and It is still 4 days til my period and its redder than normal. Is it normal to start that early what could it be it wasnt alot but I am montioring it and um is vaginal bleeding a side a effect of strengous activty. Please help tia!

Mine is always exactly 4 days earlier, which makes it a normal cycle.

Strenuous activity can sometimes bring on earlier menstruation.
