Tylenol Arthritis is just a strong Tylenol, I'm pretty sure it's 650 mg. Tylenol (acetaminophen), Aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) and Advil/Motrin (ibuprofen) can call be taken for pain, muscle aches, dental pain, headaches, migraines, menstrual pain, etc. I wouldn't take both Tylenol and Advil. They are both different types of pain relievers, and the Tylenol Arthritis will work fine. You don't want to over medicate yourself.
