I turned 40 in July and last February I decided I did not want to see myself so fat in pictures for my son's graduation from high school and Army basic training. I joined E-Diets.com and lost 30 pounds by June. I didn't work very hard through the summer and just maintained. I bought a size 8 dress for our company Christmas party and got back on track to make sure it fits well and I'm comfortable in it. I have been hovering right about the same place for weeks now but I just broke the 140 lb. mark for the first time in almost 11 years this morning!
