TIA for reading!

I just got a stability ball yesterday, and I'm in need of some advice. I know crunches are great on the ball, but what are some other good exercises for different body parts that I can add to the routine? And does anyone know of anywhere online that I can go and print it? TIA!

I am sure it is in one of Christy's posts, but one of my faves with the ball is the squat. There are 2 forms I like...1. put the ball between your back and the wall and roll down to squat at 90 degrees and 2. put the ball in a corner (for stability) and squat, like you are going to sit in a chair, but without releasing the tension in the quads. Stand back up as soon as your tush hits the ball.

Muscle and Fitness has an awesome ab routine using the ball. It's about 30 minutes and kills it! I am going to see if I can find it online. I'll post it if I do.
