I had been taking a yoga class a few months ago, but money got tight and I had to stop going. I really enjoyed it though, so I've been thinking of getting a Yoga dvd. Can anyone recommend a really good one?

And if you do have one, have you found that you've gotten too bored with it? I do have Studio Fitness on my OnDemand menu through cable, and they have a few different yoga "classes" that they show, so I figured I could try that At least that way I would have a variety of things going on.

I love anything by Kathy Smith......she is awesome. Denise Austin annoys the CRAP out of me. I have to literally MUTE her videos.

I also love The Firm video series

I did see one yesterday at Walmart that was "The Firm". Hmm, maybe I'll head back there this weekend.
