I went to the doctor in the end of summer and realized that in the past year I had gradually lost about 12 lbs. She told me my weight the last time i had been in and i was very happy that i had gone down. So since then i have been trying and have lost about 6 more lbs.

I'm not doing anything drastic and would have been a little lower if i hadn't gained some over the holiday. I have been watching my portion control and trying to not eat after 8 p.m. I am going to cut out soda again too.

Dh and i are suppose to go out for Valentine's day and i would like to get about ten more off before then.

Anyway just wanted to share my good news.
