I have to build it into my schedule.
This tip won't work for those who have to dress for other purposed (like work), but I put on my gym clothes 1st thing in the AM. My best workout isn't until early afternoon. The intensity and stamina I have as compared to early morning or evening, is like night and day. To keep me from getting "off schedule" or blowing it off, dressing for the gym 1st thing in the morning helps me. It is a constant reminder, all morning, of what I am getting ready to do.
