Are there some NEW exercises you want to LEARN here in 2009? Something you have seen or read and really want to check it out?

For me - I wanted to expand some DVD workouts. SO I have reserved a few through Netflix. On tomorrow's agenda - The Firm Total Body Crunch. I like a variety and do not like to get bored. If I have a few options I am more likely to keep with it!

DH and I are planning on trying CrossFit this year. I don't think I want it to become my new routine, but just to spice things up periodically. The initial training is $100 for 3 sessions (which is pricey) but after that, it is only $15 for the workout. Honestly, it kind of scares me, but I know I can do it.

They are offering a Zumba class at our Y and I thought I would give it a try in February (after the rush of the Resolutionists have quit late January!) It looks and sounds like fun!

There was an infomercial about a new workout that strenghtens the muscles under your breasts for "firmer, larger breasts". Does anyone know anything about it?

And here is a little more detail of what it is
what is CrossFit?

We have a facility here but if you equip your house, you can follow their routine at home. It is REALLY hard and definitely something your train up through.

I want to get a yoga DVD. Maybe I can start with one from the library.

I heard it is like a combination of Tae Bo and Salsa dancing. I am looking forward to it!
