For those of you that responded to Christy's post about Fitness Goals for 2009, http://mommysavers.com/boards/mind-b...ls-2009-a.html, how are you doing so far???!!!

I honestly haven't been that great yet. I hurt my back over the weekend, and haven't been able to get in any exercise this week, as I've been barely able to do my usual walking around at work and home. I have been working more on the healthy eating though, and that seems to be helping my mood at least.

Anyone else doing great, doing bad, what???

So far I'm on the right track to meeting these goals. Things are falling into place over the past few days. I'm actually getting up at 5:15am ready to hit the gym!!! Major change from last week!

I'm still snacking but not as much.

I am up to 7 1/2 miles (I did that today). Woo hoo! I'm half way through a half marathon!
