Okay, granted it was only a mile (not much compared to what I was doing), but I did NOT have any ankle pain! Yay for me! I think I'm going to try for a slow two miles this weekend. Right now I have to go enjoy the beautiful day and walk my foster dog. Blessings to all!
I'm really working hard to start back into the heavy running (10-15 miles at a time) very slowly. But dang if these baby steps aren't driving me crazy!
