Do you take a daily multi-vitamin?

I bought a jar of 300 and I am hoping to have taken them all by the New Year (it's resolution-ish). That gives me plenty of "oops". I, personally, believe it is helpful but I just forget all of the time.

LOL I was just going to post something about this - mainly asking what kind folks take!

I can't stand swallow type vitamins, and some of them get me pretty sick (throwing up or heartburn usually), so I take off brand Flintstone Completes! Yup, chewables!

When I was preg, I had the ok from my doc to take them as my "prenatal" vitamins, as long as I took two per day (that would get me 800mcg of Folic Acid). I like them because they taste like candy!

I got the ones I have now from Sam's Club, it was like 300 for $8.

I take Women's One-A-Day, when I remember. I'm trying to be better about this too.

I hate vitamins, yucky! When I was pregnant, the doctor called me at home 3 times before I finally started taking iron pills. Then he convinced me to take some Flintstones chewables with iron as well. I just can't handle swallowing those big pills.

I do take folic acid (ttc), but it's in capsules and is a little easier.

I try and remember every day. One a Day Women's plus an additional iron supplement, and Omega 3.

I take a woman's formulated multi vitamin with extra iron and calcium! Because of that, I also have to drink LOTS of water!

I take Costco's Kirkland brand multivitamin, Calcium Citrate, Evening Primrose Oil, and Fish Oil. I agree that the tablets are big enough for a horse and that any brand of multivitamin makes me queasy UNLESS I take it with food. So, I try to take it right after breakfast. It helps a lot.
