How do you get your RDA of calcium?

Along with my multi-vitamin resolution (), I am trying to add a calcium supplement. Osteo-arthritis runs in my family so DH is always hounding me about this one. I don't really like to drink milk and I have just gotten away from eating yogurt. Recently, I have been trying to eat a bowl of cereal with milk each day to help out also.

I make sure i have at least 2-3 servings of dairy each day.

I'm allergic to milk, so I don't drink it much. But, I do eat yogurt occasionally, and usually have at least one serving of cheese per day. I also take Calcium Citrate tablets every day.

I have milk with breakfast and dinner, and eat yogurt at lunchtime. I also eat cheese occasionally.

broccoli also has calcium, and we eat that a lot here.
