Hi everyone -- how did you do this week???? What an amazing week for me - I'm so back on track. I have worked out every day this week and my eating has been great. I am taking part in a 12 week transformation challenge with a few online friends and it has really helped me this week keep myself accountable.

I just got the BL Boot Camp DVD from Netflix so I'm going to check that out this weekend!

Still dealing with the ankle thing. I went on several walks, several bike rides, lifted twice and ran one little time. Hoping to do more this week because my ankle is feeling better.

This week was pretty good. I did manage to bust out 7 1/2 miles, my longest distance to date! Yesterday was stellar weather but my running partner was sick and so I joined another group of girls to run with. It just wasn't the same experience and I wasn't able to push myself like I normally do with Kristina. So I didn't feel like I did much of anything yesterday (and I like to do longer distances on Fridays) so I am totally bummed. (especially now that the weather went from 75 yesterday to 25 this morning.

But hopefully Kristina will be back to her healthy self by Monday and we'll be able to put the miles back on the road then!


I'm glad you decided to take on the PT thing and the instructor thing Debi. I think you will totally rock at it


And Greytrunner, I'm happy to hear you are able to get a little more active this week!
