When I'm having a down day, I just dance to JUST DANCe.....the kids love it. I pump up the volume and let it all hang out (in the living room).

I have a lot of pop songs too but do like a little rock mixed in there as well.

I have a pretty scary combination going on right now...LOL. I put a ton of 38 Special songs on my iPod along with Foreigner (Juke Box Hero!) and my favs by Duran Duran and Def Leppard. I'm dating myself. LMAO! I like Nicklebacks "Gotta Be Somebody"...always gets me moving.

Right now I am addicted to Single Ladies by Beyonce. I listen to it over and over! It's ridiculous
