DD was playing a game where she was making a character that she could change the features on and change the size of their body, their clothes, etc.....Well, I am sitting there making my grocery list and she says "Mom, look, I made her fat like you!" ....WOW..... lol
Yep, WAKE UP CALL! I certainly crossed some things off of my grocery list (who really needs chips anyway, right? )

Children sure have a way of keeping you grounded and bringing denial into a whole new light!

oh no! It's harsh to hear something like that from a child. You'll save money on the chips at least!

When my son was 4 he asked me if his butt would be as big as mine when he grew up. I said, I HOPE NOT!!

My son has asked other women what their breasts were because (and I will quote) "My mommy doesn't have those; I've never seen anything like that before"

He has even grabbed my mom's, just to see what they felt like! (he's five, it wasn't sexual)

My daughter will wake me up on the weekends playing with my stomach and she tells me she loves my "bouncy belly". She proceeds with jiggling it and saying, "boing, boing, boing." I kid you not
