I had to skip my workout on Monday....can't remember why now.
Tuesday and Thursday I met my best friend Michelle at our local park which has a 1/3 mile running loop. We met at 615am in 35 degree weather and walked 2 laps, then ran a lap all the way through 3 miles.
Wednesday I did my regular workout at the gym. 30 mins on the elliptor followed by a good lower body workout.
Friday I skipped my workout because my allergies got a hold of me and knocked me out with sinus congestion and the aches.
But to make up for the lost Friday workout, I went to the park this morning before church with hubby, the kids, and our neighbor and jog/walked a mile pushing my 22 lbs. 21 month old DD in the jog stroller. My almost 4 yo son ran almost 2/3 of the way too

.
Hopefully this week will be better. Here is the plan:
Mon- 30mins of cardio plus upper body workout followed by 1 hr of beginners Pilates at church with my best friend, M.
Tues- 60 mins of jog/walking at the park with M.
Wed- 30 mins of cardio plus lower body workout
Thurs- 60 mins of jog/walking at the park with M.
Fri- 30 mins of cardio plus upper body workout followed by 1 hr of beginners Pilates at church with M.
