I hate waiting for others to make decisions. So I have always been a leader. Taking initiative has never been a problem for me. But patience is definitely not one of my strong virtues either.

It really depends on the situation - I hate waiting on people to make a decision, so I usually take charge, but then there are instances where I just follow behind!

A follower, except when someone tries to needlessly micromanage how I accomplish a task. Then I want to tell them to get lost and let me do it how I see fit.
