My resolution this year has been to eat REAL FOOD. Things that my great-great -grandmother would have eaten. You know, actual food and not chemical concoctions with a list of ingredients I cannot pronounce. What has helped me with this, is to try not to eat anything with more than 3 ingredients on the label. Try it for a few days and you may be freaked at how hard it is.....So far, so good, but what an eye-opener!
