This was a pretty good week for me.
Mon- hit the gym and did my upper body workout plus 30 minutes of elliptor
Tues- hit the track with my friend M. We walked 2 laps, ran 1, all the way through 3 miles. One lap is 1/3 of a mile.
Wed- hit the gym and did 30 minutes of bike plus my lower body workout
Thurs- hit the track again...this time walked a mile, ran a mile, and walked a mile.
Fri- my body was just exhausted and still a bit sore, so I took the day off.
Sat/Sun are my normal rest days.
I think for this week I will skip my Wed workouts to give my body extra rest between running days and go to the gym on Friday instead.
