29-1/2 is a great time Christy! I was up to running 3 miles at 23:45 for a while, but when I started training for the 1/2 marathon, I had to slow down a bit. I run it know about 24-25. My goal is to run it in 20 minutes, since that is the time we have on the treadmills at work.
I have only been able to run Monday and Tuesday this week since we are short handed at work and I am filling in for people. I did run one mile last week and did sprint intervals at 8.0, YIKES! that was hard. I was going to try for 2 miles but didn't have enough time. That's a great training workout though and I felt good after my workout.
