Default Why does this always seem to happen.

I had been doing fairly well these past few weeks, exercising and eating well, losing about a pound a week. Then late last week I hurt my back and all seems to have gone to pot. I have been unable to exercise and have been kind of depressed so what do I do to compensate...eat junk. Why do I do these things? Oh well, I put it out there so hopefully I can at least modify my eating behavior. Thanks for letting me vent.

I do the exact same thing, and my back ain't hurt.

I have reach my ww goal, and I do really good 3 weeks and out of 4, but that 4th week, it is like my brain is on vacation. And I can't figure points or even think of healthy food to eat.

I hope you get to feeling better soon, and don't worry, when you do you will get back on the right track!

The pain is your body's way of saying slow down...and really give it some time and let it heal properly before jumping in feet first again. You'll get back to it in no time...but for now, rest it off. You're motivated....and that's what matters. If you jumped off the bandwagon, I'd have to kick you in the pants again!

As for the junk, don't buy it so it's not around to tease you.
