For those of you that keep a "home gym", what equipment do you have? What do you think you get the most use out of?

I currently have a treadmill, stability ball and 3lb weights. I need to buy some heavier weights, just haven't had any money to spare. I do use my treadmill, but the other stuff is usually hit or miss.

Treadmill, Transfirmer (step), Bowflex SelectTech dumbbells (2.5-20lbs), yoga mat and an assortment of DVDs.

It is nice to have an assortment because sometimes I'm too sick or sore to use one thing so I'll do another. The treadmill is heavily used. Since I started running, I only use the transfirmer for an incline bench. I try to use the dumbbells twice a week. I've been leaving out yoga lately.

I love my treadmill. I'd like to get hand weights.

Wow, I wanna come over and play at your house! Sounds like you do have a great assortment for variety. Your post also made me remember my yoga mat! But, I really don't break it out that often. I just plop myself on the carpet whenever I feel like doing some stretching or yoga.

I'd like to have an exercise buddy!

The Bowflex dumbbells are awesome. I bought them at Dicks for 50% off. They only take up a small amount of space and are very easy to use.

We used to have a treadmill but we sold it on Craigslist because we use the Y now all the time.

But for the days my kids are sick and I can't make it to the Y, I have a work out DVD collection (The Firm), The transfirmer, the Fanny LIfter, The firm weighted bar, Dumbells up to 15lbs, a pilates ball and a yoga mat. Oh and a treadmill too.

I don't have a treadmill but I live in a very hilly area that is great for walking and running - lots of sidewalks and a mild climate. We do a lot of our cardio outdoors. At home I have dumbells from 3 lbs all the way to 30 lbs, an incline bench, a medicine ball, a big ab ball, a bar with a few plates, a bunch of DVDs, and I use fitness tv in the On Demand section of our cable. They have a ton of great workouts on there. I used to have an exercise bike but I never used it so we sold it on Craigslist. We also had a huge Bowlex kind of thing that we didn't use much and it took up our whole mudroom so we sold that on Craigslist too. Dh can just do all that stuff at the gym and I can do what I need to do with the bar and the hand weights.
