Default Body for Lifers: Week 2

How are we doing ladies? I'm heading into the gym for an upper AND lower body work out since I wasn't albe to get my lower body work out in on the weekend.

Yesterday's work out was pretty intense. Fortunately I'm not feeling it as much as I thought I would.

Today is my weigh in day, just ended week 1. I'm happy to report I lost 2.4lbs; 1/2" from my hips and 1/4" from one thigh (not sure how that one happened :-)
Workouts are going great and I'm really trying to think outside the box with different cardio options.
Diet is going better since Sunday -- that is where I need to tighten it up to 100%!

Christy - are you doing the 5th set as they suggest? I definitely start to feel it for my lower half by that 5th set.

Great job ironmom! LOL!

I do do the 5th set, but in all honesty I am not really "feeling" it in my upper body the next day like I do on my lower body work out days....do you?

I feel it in my upper body more than my lower body! I changed my routine for the next 4 weeks (started yesterday) - doing 3 full body workouts -- so we will see if my lower body is sore the next day too!
