Biked 18 miles (including today)!

Walked about 12, I think!!

Ate out once this week.

I got ran two days this week, but I am increasing the amount of time running. So far I walk for 1 to 1.5 minutes and then run for 3 minutes.

I gained three pounds but it's that time of the month and I always gain then.

And I shouldn't have made that pumpkin bread. I ate way too much of it.

I am not discouraged at all and will continue to try my best!!!

I walked a total of 10 miles this week. some of thoose were at a park with a ton of stairs down to a water way. It was nice feelin the burn from all the stairs.
I am still trying to take it easy since I am still very ill. Hope that the antibiotics will kick it this time. I have never been this ill in my life and for so long.
I tried the starting running thing 2 weeks ago that I posted but my planters faciatis didn't agree with me running the the treadmill so I have to wait to figure something else out on where to run where my feet wont bother me. I already have the best shoes and arch supports.

I had a good week - lost 2.4lbs. Not bad! My workouts were great. One day I decided to sleep in and just do my Biggest Loser Cardio DVD workout -- haven't done that one in a while and oh boy did it kick my butt, literally! The next day my glutes were so sore!!!

Well, ds had his tonsillectomy last week (he did great btw) and this week is spring break so I haven't done anything, but that's what I expected to happen. Unfortunately, last Saturday my hip joint started giving me alot of trouble (pain off/on walking and certain ways I sit) so I think maybe I was overdoing the yoga (darned frog pose ) and now there's a strained something in there. Monday is my 6 mos MD check up so I'll ask about it then. Hopefully I can go back to the yoga and just take it easier. My back definitely feels better with the yoga videos. I'm also thinking about trying to find some sort of food diary computer program to use. It always helps when I keep one, but I hate doing it.

Workout wise the week was great. Unfortunately my eating was not. One day it would be clean and the next...not so much. Trying to clean it up for good starting today.
