Default Whats wrong with me

I joined w.w in Jan. I've lost 14 pounds. I was exercising( I actually enjoyed how I felt the rest of the day). The last week I've been eating anything and everything. Especially chocolate. HEELLLPPPP!! I bought a couple of tops recently that will fit if I lose a couple more pounds. I like the way I am looking even though I have quite aways to go. I feel better about myself. Knowing all this..... I'm still eating.

I think we run into problems around the holidays. We're stressed and we've boughten tons of sweets for Easter. Hit it hard when you work out and try chewing some gum instead of snacking. Good luck!

Maybe just seeing all the chocolate at the stores etc b/c of Easter, and like the pp said, the stress of Easter? 14 lbs is great! Dont get discouraged, just take it one day at a time!

This is what I was going to say...and it doesn't help that Easter is upon us and it's everywhere!

If you can eat more smaller meals throughout the day high in protein and some fiber you may be able to curb those urges.

Congrats on the amazing weight loss.
