Hello all!

How did your week go? Good? Bad? Ugly?

I have 9 more days until the half marathon...N-I-N-E!!!

i'M NERVOUS...and freaked out.....but also very anxious to get it over with. The build up is killing me.


My running partner and I hope to get one last long run in on Saturday and then taper all week, while sticking to our Body for Life regime (minus the lower body work outs)

How are you doing? How are the body for lifers?

I am sad to report that I was very sick this week, no running I might feel well enough to run tomorrow. I was doing so well last week so it was a bit of a bummer.

I started WW online on Wednesday. My first goal is to lose 9lbs and I'll see how I feel after that. I cheated and weighed myself today. I lost 1 lb.

We're heading to the river this weekend so I'll get plenty of exercise!

I had an ok week. I ran two days and that was it. My weight has gone back up to 229 but I will keep on working.

You're so close Christy!! You can do it!

I had a good week, not great, but good. I got up three mornings to walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes, my goal is to get up every morning, so hopefully next week. I also rode 8 miles on the recumbent bike twice and spent two hours walking at the zoo yesterday (hey, every little bit counts!) I'm going to run around with the kids at the park today and hopefully hop on the bike again at nap time (as long as everyone takes a nap).

Have fun hitting the water this weekend, Skimommy!

I had an awsome week. I did the elliptical eeryday, and we have started our renovation on the garage so we are riping off a one car carport and let me tell you that was an awsome work out swining the mini sledge, rippng prying the walls down. Then there is picking up all the wood and loading it in the truck, and off loading it at the dump.

9 days girl - how exciting! I know you are nervous, but I'm excited for you!

I had a yucky week -- I slacked at my traditional exercising -- but did get a lot of outdoor yard work done, so I did get cardio in. So I'm feeling a bit sluggish today for lack of exercise & eating healthy!

I think it was because I was out of my normal routine iwth having the kids home from school all week.

Not a lot of biking this week. I think maybe six miles. But we have been walking a lot. I'm not sure how many but we've started walking all trips within about two miles.

Tough week. A neighbor of mine committed suicide and we were consumed with that. I did manage to get in two runs and one day of weight training but not nearly what I should have.

I did 2 or 3 workouts this week. Honestly can't remember for sure! On Tuesday I started keeping a food diary again so my eating since then has been really good. I can do ok with limiting calories/fat, but keeping the carbs in line is pretty difficult for me. Also, I've been thinking about peanut M&Ms all afternoon . There's still Easter candy around, but it hasn't really bothered me until today. I'm hoping this passes soon!
