You're so close Christy!! You can do it!
I had a good week, not great, but good. I got up three mornings to walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes, my goal is to get up every morning, so hopefully next week. I also rode 8 miles on the recumbent bike twice and spent two hours walking at the zoo yesterday (hey, every little bit counts!) I'm going to run around with the kids at the park today and hopefully hop on the bike again at nap time (as long as everyone takes a nap).
