This post could probably fit in PRODUCT TALK however, I am curious to know if the deoderant you use actually helps battle odor and keep you dry.

I was using Secret but it hasn't been working that great. I had a sample of Degree that I have been using for a week and it's great.

I won't use anything but Secret Clinical Strength anymore. It's expensive, but worth every penny, IMO. I can wear gray shirts again without having to worry about sweat stains!

I use Tom's of Maine deodorant - wood spice scent. I like the fact that it's plant-based and doesn't contain aluminum. Even when I sweat heavily, it keeps me from smelling bad.
I don't use an anti-perspirant because despite the fact that sweat stains aren't particularly aestheically pleasing, sweating is a necessary bodily function. It's how your body cools itself and eliminates certain toxins. I'm not about to inhibit that process. I'd rather change my shirt as many times as necessary. (And I live in Louisiana and drive a car without a/c).

I was using Sure clinical because it was cheap and they gave you a coupon in the package. But now my walmart is not carrying it anymore so I went to the dollar store and bought Secret clinical for 5 bucks. I've had to use clinical stength ever since my second son was born Anybody else have to switch when they had kids? It must be my body changing after pregnancy or something

I can use just about anything and I buy whatever is on sale, I do not have brand loyalty regarding deoderant. I will admit the new clinical deoderants are fabulous..no sweat, odor..nothing, but I won't pay extra for it, I only get it free with coupons and the deals listed here. I do have one deoderant I can't stand, Mitchum...no matter how much I put on, it stays sticky ALL DAY! Its very annoying. I will never buy it again, even if its free!
