sorry! I cant get on the board on weekends so sorry about that!
I actually didnt do TF workout sicne then! I was doing the Biggest Loser workout and I have been trying to concentrate more on my knee posisiton and I think it is helping. There is no stepping up and down on this workout and that was the trigger on my knees I think. I was even modifying the exercise, I never put the two steps together and climbed, that would kill my knee.
I am also on the look out for Cod Liver Oil tablets. I used to take these and they helped with my knees. but I can only find Omega Fish Oil tabs, and those are not the same. So I am on the lookout for those.
