I hope you are sticking with it. The Holidays are upon us. Don't get stuck in a rutt. PRI-OR-I-TIZE. Do your thirty minutes before your baking, before you pick up the kids, before you go grocery shopping. Don't make excuses, just do it.

You'll thank me later

Ok ladies, how are we doing? Looking to hear from:

Shoot yeah! I can do that! When I read "three times a day" I thought if they are exercising three times a day that would KILL me!!! I wouldn't have the time if I tried to do that everyday!

Add me to the list! I only need one more day for this week! lol

You would have been so proud of me, Christy. I got up and went running and did not stop for 2 miles today!! I think part of it was that it was 35 degrees outside and I was afraid I would not be able to start again if I walked a bit. lol

I have that 5K on Saturday and am a bit nervous. Tomorrow I think I will skip the early morning run as it is supposed to be 21 overnight!!

I am proud of you. Good job. I bailed on my 5k a few weeks back. It was too stinkin' early. Dh and I were going to do it together but then when he factored in the kids and getting them there and ready for a 7am registration, we thought : nah, it's not going to happen. AND besides that, it was a cold streak through the area. I have however, continued to train for one so if one does happen to pop up (which I am sure it will) this spring, I will do that instead!

BTW: I just noticed my title topic was 30 minutes 3 times a day....no wonder you were confused. Duh me!

Good for you....baby steps. Three days a week....then maybe four....if you can work it up to give by six months, hey...you're really doing something.

But for now....baby steps.

I originally thought it was three times a day too from the title. Glad to hear it's only 3X per week!!
