with breast feeding not sure if this is the way to go yet. you need 500 more calories tha when preggo to support breastfeeding.

I am not necessarily low carb but I do carb count. I'm prediabetic and I am on meds so I have to watch carbs.

Hey-- I am having some problems. I actually got a pump and nothing has been coming out and he was not getting anything either so he is on formula now. In addition I had in the past had a breast lump removed that came back that has like tripled in size now and I am unable to feed on one side now anyway I am sad.. But due to circumstances I guess its best for Mason.
