I know that time is of the essence these days with the holidays quickly approaching...but ladies we need to stick with the program.

Exercise, exercise, exercise! Exercise increases your metabolism and burning off excess fat. When is the best time to exercise? Our metabolism slows down about 8 hours after we wake up, so 30 minutes of exercise in the evening, before dinner will increase your metabolism for about two to three more hours just when it was starting to slow down. This produces a significant increase in fat burned off, even after the exercise is over. (Healthyweightforum.org)

I had a couple of marathon mall days last week. Got called home from the other night due to a major problem w/a vomiting child. Will get back on track this week, though. Alarm will be set tonight!

Christy, could you move and be my neighbor? LOL

I did it!!!

Tues. and Thurs. night I went to the gym...stairmaster, crossramp, treadmill...and Wednesday I actually RAN, yes RAN, for 30 minutes!!!

I just noticed your avatar Christy...cute!

I had a good week, I've been active every day and it'sstartign to show...my calves look awesome (they're always the first place I notice)....It was enough incentive to make me run the steps yesterday...10 up 10 down and I'm planning on doing it again this evening (in addition to walking 1 mile (Colin and I went to Wal-Mart today and walkind the store for over an hour, that was a workout in itself! )!

Dh took that picture. He was playing around with the camera settings so I decided to be a nut. I changed it back to something half way decent. The other one was bugging me out!

I haven't been too good this week. My eating has been better, but not exercising. Does rearranging furniture count as exercise. Will try to do better.
