If anyone does decide to invest in any equipment...I HIGHLY suggest some resistance bands. They are only around $5, I use them for arms and have been known to tie them to the bottom of chairs to get some leg resistance done!

I found this article on how to use the Pilates ball, for those of you who haven't used it before. It gives some suggestions on some techniques and some movements. I would also suggest picking up copies of FITNESS or SHAPE magazine from time to time. They have cool work out cards inside of them with tips on what you can do with the ball. The options are endless!!!

I have the pilates ball, but hardly ever use it. The air keeps coming out of it, plus it is one that has those nubby things all over it that is supposed to be a massaging type deal... but really they hurt me if I use it.

I really need to get a smooth one.
