There are so many great ways to use what you have and accessoize like crazy! A lot of times your blouses and sweaters are the items that you can pick up on the cheap and pair with a great Tweed Pageboy hat, cowneck sweater, and your skinny jeans or leggings tucked into a tall boot. You can pick up your tops on the cheap at a Rue 21 ( I have had a lot of luck at their $3 and $5 racks, just stick to the solids or simple stripes) or any Juniors store for that matter (they all have the cheap racks), they also have great hats for $6, and lots of light wieght scarves.
Spend your money on the boots(or take my cheap tip to follow)! The red-tan leather is really in right now, and go with a flat heel for total comfort. But to get the real good deal, scavage EBates.com. They have thousands of retailers that I alread use. Do all of your online shopping thru them by accessing their wibsite first, when you do you receive a percentage back on your purchase to your Ebates account and they cut you a check! It's totally amazing and the only way to go when you shop online. They also tell you the promo codes to check out with.
If you wnat a cheap pair of the in-style slouchy-boots for this season check out Walmart.com, they have an LEI pair in 4 colors for only $29 and $2.50 shipping! They are a suede upper and look great with a buckle detail. This simi-suede is a great alternative when you don't want to spend the big bucks on leather and it looks great- 'cause let's face it faux leather is shinny pleather!! ( and I ran my Walmart sale thru Ebates for a credit).
