Question Which FIRM video is good? Are they all the same?

And, do I have to go out and buy a step? I got a video, but feel sort of discouraged b/c I see they use these step things. I guess I need weights too.

The step thing you are referring to is the Fanny Lifter and it's a firm product. I think you could easily get away with using a regular steop or none at all ~ especially if you are new to exercising.

I personally, love the Firm 2. I had the whole series and really like cardio sculpt. It was a nice mix of upper and lower body work outs with cardio sections in the midst.

I have yet to try their new products, because I have been able to get back into a gym, however, once I move to OKC and have my own home gym back I intend on checking out their new stuff.
