Do you change at the gym? Suck it up and be chilly outside for a few? Wear warmer clothes and exercise in them?

It is too chilly today for me to wear my regular gym clothes outside. I'm a "sweater" so I don't want to wear more clothes to work out.

I never change my clothes at the gym. I don't have to walk very far from the parking lot to the door, so it's just a nonissue for me. If it's cold, I wear a jacket...kwim?

Me too.

I usually wear what I am going to work out in, but then put on a sweat shirt or maybe a long sleeve top. After I work out I need the extra barrier to stay warm from the gym to the car.

I usually just wear a jacket but it is too cold for wearing my thin Under Armour pants outside!

I usually just wear whatever I'm working out in, with a sweatshirt if needed. So that means often times, I am wearing shorts. It has to be very cold for me to bother to put a pair of pants over my short but I do in the dead of winter. A couple people commented on my shorts yesterday, which gets annoying, but I'm outside for about one minute and it wasn't all that cold!
