Those are all awesome tips!!! I'd like to add:
Avoid eating 2-3 hours before bedtime.
Pre-making and pre-planning meals ahead of time so that you avoid grabbing something quick and unhealthy when in a rush or when you just dont feel like cooking.
Drinking plenty of water. Staying hyrdrated!!!
Working out first thing in the morning. Revs up your metabolism and helps you burn more calories throughout the day. Then you're less likely to skip working out because you're too tired. Its done!
Along with working out... finding a success partner! A workout buddy will help keep you accountable and you can have someone to share meals with while hubby is at work.
