my sister has REALLY bad eczema in her hands and arms. They crack and bleed and if she doesn't take care of it at first signs then she has to go get steroid cream from her Dr.
She has found what workds best for her she does it every day after shower. she uses the Palmers Coca butter in the tub. NOT The lotion. She stays away from all lotions they all have some sort of drying agent in them.

do any of you know if the body butters work better than the lotions? i've recieved them as gifts in the past, and they were pretty much lotion in a jar

I think it depends on the body butter they are all diffrent I have recived some that were Just like lotion but others are more like a vasline type product.
I have been using the palmers in a jar on my belly this time around and you can still feel it on my skin after my shower 8 hours later.
