Do I believe that re-establishing awarenss of that bit of divinity within us can help us to more effectively deal with adverse situations, and clear our minds so that we can better find solutions? Absolutely.

Do I believe that deliberately focusing our mental and spiritual energies toward a positive outcome for a situation makes a difference? You betcha.
