We had lots of people checking in last week so I am hoping you all return again this week

How did everyone do?

I've been very very busy this week. I've had lots of stuff fall on my plate which has taken me away from the gym/track...and when that happens mama is not a happy camper. So I've been struggling with that. At the same time, however, I started a new training program. My running partner and I are doing the shape work out pull outs from our mags and following them. It's been fun changing things up a bit.

I've also made some progress with my run! Wanna see?

I'm hitting the gym today....and running about 4-5 miles....and then hitting up Old navy for their tote sale and Payless (which conveniently are located in the same shopping district)

I knew I was getting a bit "fluffy" but am down 25 pounds and I think I am looking ok, but not bikini ok SO I would like to lose about 15 more I have to get back in exercise mode 5 days a week. I have hips but I am convinced they will never go away however on a good note I kinda look shapely in a Marilyn Monroe kind of way

Great job!!!!

Christy-I understand being really busy and missing gym opportunities. My girls have been sick off and on. My preschooler had a Halloween parade on Wednesday so I didn't get to my W spin class.

I did make my Friday spin class It was so awesome!!! I have only worked my quads that hard one other time, when we skied Sunshine Mountain in Canada.

I will also be hitting payless today. Who can pass up 50% off everything?

I hit the treadmill I believe 3 or 4 times last week. I am hoping to accomplish more than taht this week. I already have a walking date scheduled for tomorrow evening so that will be motivation right there. I tried to get on my Wii Fit, but my board is giving me problems and just haven't had time to figure that out. Thankfully, DS only has 3 more weeks of baseball games, then I will have more evenings available to get additional exercise in. I would love to try a spin class.

As usual I'm late with these check ups. I did great last week. Boot camp twice and some training for the race I did on Saturday.

I competed in a reverse duathlon Saturday morning. I finished as the overall 3rd place female. I won my weight division. My time for a 10 mile bike ride, 3 mile run and another 10 mile bike ride was 1:22:02. Not bad since I'm still recovering from my injury.
