Just keep doing what you are doing and know that things can only go up from here. I'm not overly religious but my beloved Grandma Arlene was-before she passed away she had given me a index card that she wrote a bible verse on, i have since framed it and keep it on my desk. It reads:
"I know the plans i have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Hang in there!

Yuppers my hubby is in the trucking business. Has been with the company for over 10 yrs. Yesterday, he did a bunch of locals with hopes it covers the insurance at least and as of today, he is sitting on the yard. Each day he sits...the more I worry. I have cut a bunch of expenses, but not quite enough for this....

Is there anywhere you can get temporary help from? Like a Church, some organization, or a food bank or something like that? Just to get through this rough patch? It might help with expenses for a while - even if it's food or something, whatever you're not spending on that you could put towards major expenses like your house payment. You can always repay them when things get better - and they WILL get better. I'm sorry to hear things are so hard for you right now.

I always feel whatever happens in the future will happen, I can't change it. Today is here, I will live for today and not dwell on tomorrow

I also find that if I don't exercise regularly that too affects me. Endorphins are a WONDERFUL thing! (and addicting). I often tell people that my gym membership is my therapy expense.

Even if you can exercise 30 minutes a day, three times a week, I think you will definitely notice a change in your mood. Try it out....and when I say that, I mean an honest effort, for at least a month. Journal your daily thoughts and then after a month go back and read them. You won't see the changes day-to-day but you will see a slight change in thought when you go back and read all your entries one at a time.

Good luck

Well said. It not the act it is how you react. Exercise does make you feel loads better. I started it back up a few weeks ago and I already feel healthier physically and mentally.

It works. I have one in my basement and it is a great exercise.
