I went for the first time in 3 weeks and my plan is to consistently go 2-3 times a week. It really is a nice grym--people of all ages and shapes. Today I did 25 minutes on the elliptical machine (burning 250 cal) and did the stationary bike for 20 min (around 120 cal burned).
