I have been running three miles on a 2.5 - 3.0 % incline on the treadmill four times a day within 30 minutes. My PB, however has been between 29 - 29 1/2 minutes.

Because it's absolutey gorgeous outside (first time in weeks), I decided to run the outdoors on walking path which is just over 3 miles. I ran it in TWENTY SEVEN MINUTES FLAT!!!!

Granted, Oklahoma is pretty flat, the wind was at my back for a part of it and it's gorgeous outside...but still......I am pretty pumped about that! :happy dance: :happy dance:

I'm sure the difference between today's performance and any other day's is that my dh made the coffee this morning and when he makes it, your spoon can stand up in it!!! (and I had two cups)

And believe me, if I can do this, anyone with heart can too. It's mind over matter baby....and in all honesty, I don't give myself time to make excuses to not work out. I just do it! Sometimes HATE it when I'm doing it, but feel one hundred times better about myself for sticking to it and completing it.
