back to the ouji board, I am to scared to use one! , but what do you do with it, contact spirits? ask them questions, you cast a circle to protect you from evil spirits? or something else?

Tink, first of all let me give you my thanks for still being willing to share your beliefs with us. You are a brave woman! I do have some questions (well, alot of questions) & if I get too nosey just tell me.
I have just recently gotten into meditation & grounding. I am trying out alternate nasal breathing, & it helps because I have to concentrate soooo hard on my breathing that I can clear my mind or other things. Do you have any tips on shortening the process? It usually takes at least a half hour for me to be completly focused

Other things I'm interested in knowing...
do you have a familar?
do you have a "secret" name you use in your coven?
you said your dd goes to church, but what about your ds?
will you teach your grandkids the craft?

I'm Superstitious, I don't play with boards or even read spells(out loud or to myself). I have no idea what may happen or how to stop it, so I don't "dabble". I don't like that word dabble b/c you'd think that one would need to be very on top of things, at least if they take it seriously...
