Yes, today's topic at WW (from our leader's book) is CHOCOLATE! YEAH! Something I can definitely get into.

So, I not only found this recipe (Guess from what book, Erica? I love that book! Thank you so much again!) I also made some samples for my class! I hope I have enough. . . I made 60 servings. I won't tell them I have it until class starts so those that were going to leave, won't be sticking around just for food. It is awesome tasting!!

Here it is:

Chewy Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

2/3 cup extra chunky peanut butter
1 (14 oz.) can fat free sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Line an 8 inch square baking pan with foil. Place peanut butter and 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk in a bowl. Microwave for 2 ½ minutes. Stir and microwave an additional 30 seconds. Stir in ½ tsp. vanilla. Spread mixture in pan, pressing into an even layer. Place remaining sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips in a bowl and microwave for 1 ½ minutes. Add remaining vanilla; stir until smooth. Pour chocolate mixture over peanut butter mixture and spread with a spatula. Chill until firm and cut into 20 rectangular pieces.

Yield: 20 servings
1 serving = 3 points

OMG! It was so easy! I tripled the batch and it took me 20 minutes from start to finish.
