Ok I know that it is not just weight that is an important factor of living a healthy lifestyle but I was reading the thread from last Friday on "weigh in" day and counted the total pounds lost that were recorded. Drum roll please..................................


Out of 11 people the Motivated Mommies lost 92 pounds for the month of January!!:rah rah:
That is an average of 8.36 pounds per person!! I know that some lost more than that and some lost less but looking at the all round picture this is a huge accomplishment!!

I am proud of you all for sticking to your new healthy lifestyle even on the days that you fall off. :high five: :yay!:

Fantastic job ladies!!! I didn't contribute to that in January because I was lucky to just maintain but am working toward helping this month!!

I was one of the ones who lost a smaller amount but I think all of us Motivated Mommys should give ourselves a pat on the back and Keep going.

That is AWESOME!!! I am so impressed!! I'm sure altogether we've lost almost a whole adult sized person worth of weight! That is just amazing to think about!! I can't wait to see how much we've lost by next month!
